Tiger Tooth have been charging out of the horse stable and dominating the first half of this year with a slew of awesome, grimey techno bangers that are slowly but surely creeping into everyone's cortex. A bunch of singles and associated remixes have seen the Brooklyn trio receive praise from industry heavy weights such as Groove Armada, Skream, Danny Tanaglia and others. Now finally!!! (Although I'm somewhat late on the drop)
Today we focus on the long anticipated debut full length. Self titled and released via their own Baby Tooth Productions. 15 original tracks and at 73 minutes long, a double albums worth of material this record in a time where attention spans are at their shortest is a major achievement. It's a monsterous body of work that see's all the classic peaks and dips of solid progressive techno with a nostalgic ring that echoes back to the old school. It's dark and moody in places, and then will switch to jackin' floor burners guaranteed to make you want to eat a big bag of flippers.
