And so it begins!!! The full launch of all The Submarines online media and this website included is go time :) This past month of January has been insanely hectic with awesome projects coming out my actual ear spout!!! The priority project for the start of this year has been engineering, producing and mixing the new Death Set EP for Steve Aokis "Dim Mak Records" out in L.A. we are essentially half way done and its soundin rad!!!! We are psyched and are going to be so much more so once this things signed, sealed and delivered. This record is gonna destroy :) Also we are excited to announce that The Death Set will be back again at SXSW this year for the Dim Mak showcase amongst other bits and pieces with a week long Canadian tour to follow. March time, keep alert for it!!! ... and sit tight for upcoming features on artists ill be working with in The Submarine through February!!! all good things :)  The Death Set in its natural habitat - Paris France @ Le Salon

Ok so here it starts.. To be honest ive never really maintained a blog before but for the sake of this new site and the longevity of The Submarine in general, ive decided to keep this blog fairly active. and i think just to keep me involved a little more with online goings on etc. I guess for now i just would like to say welcome to anyone and everyone stopping by this new site :) Im super psyched to finally have launched all the online media and to actually have this beast up and running. Theres still abit of work left to do but once thats done i can get back to what i enjoy the most and thats buggin out in front of Logic and messin with outboard (which is quickly beginning to become an addiction... acquiring pieces that is, but thats a whole other post.) For now keep well and i will be posting again here soon with many regularly updates from the internals of The Submarine!!! Until then, im off for a snooze...  |
