Many moons ago I was putting out some NineLives The Cat and ZAP! POW! DIE! records with a little UK club indie called GroundLevel, run by label boss Andy McAllister. Long time purveyor of all things electro with breaks in particular, Andy recently though took a backseat from the GroundLevel records and started up a new project for eclectic electronica called FOURTHREESIX.
His idea has been to put out producer EP's coupled with exclusive art that is printed onto a tee with a code on the inside of the shirt that gets you access to the download of the record. It's a cool way to merge music and street artists and we've been super psyched to work alongside his first signing (with more to come) James Mannion and the Mr Penfold colab.
The record is a super moody, deep electro boiler that kicks hard. It's def some early morning dank south London warehouse vibes day two. Strap in for a flipper or ten.
All mastered here at The Submarine. Look forward to working with these guys again and again!!
