Rob Hinder is the co-owner, producer and recording engineer at ”The Submarine” and also the founder / owner of Rhythm Audio, an audio engineering and production company, based in Sydney, Australia.
For the past two decades, Rob has been active in the Australian recording and live music scene, as a Recording, Front of House and Monitoring Engineer for many local and international acts across numerous venues and studios. As both a studio and live recording engineer, Rob has also worked with a large number of renowned artists across many genres including indie rock, blues and roots, jazz, hip hop, reggae, metal and hard rock including: J. Mascis (Dinosaur Jr.), Jeff Martin (The Tea Party), Tim Freedman (The Whitlams), Bluejuice and British India, also co-producing Ritz Riot’s EP “Photobomb” and remixing CMC Silenta “Get It On” with Dan Walker aka NineLives The Cat.
Rob Hinder completed a Bachelor of Audio Production at SAE Institute in Sydney and also has experience as assistant recording engineer for the audio department at Sydney Institute of Technology.
